2. Subject of the tender procedure: selection of the concessionaire operation of the MZ SR food unit for the announcer (obligatory) catering for employees of MZ SR, buffet service for breakfast and sale of ancillary goods) and use of concession assets.
Successful developer (future concessionaire) ensures technical equipment lunch, buffet and small kitchen facilities. More detailed information are specified in the invitation to tender - tender documents.

3. Expected value of the concession: 2 250 000,00 EUR, VAT excluded

4. Conditions for the provision of tender documents
The tender documents may be personally taken over or requested by post at following a written request at: Ministry of Health , Limbová 2, 837 52Bratislava, on working days from 10:00 to 14:00 at the latest by 24.9.2014 by 9:00 a.m., contact person: Secretariat of the Director of the Department Economic Administration, 02/59373269,

5. Visit: The applicant is obliged to see the premises of the announcer after agreement with the contact person of the notifier (Ing. Lichner Peter, +421 0905700404, peter.lichner@health.gov.sk) in the period from 22.9. to 24.9.2014.

6. Location of services: Ministry of Health SR Limbová 2, 837 52 Bratislava

7. Concession period: 10 years

8. Conditions which the applicant must have for participation in commercial public meet the competition and the way they are shown to be fulfilled and other conditions the notifier is specified in the procurement documents. Competitive design submitted by the claimant shall include:

  1. Identifying information of the claimant
  2. Certificates, documents and documents by which the claimant demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the contest;
  3. Tender price
  4. Draft concession contract
  5. description of the simplified architectural design of the future solution Food equipment
  6. a description of the Þ general description of the technical equipment of lunch dispensers, buffet; and small kitchen background with specific parameters

9. Place and time limit for submission of the tender: by 10.10.2014 1 p.m.
The applicant shall not reimburse the claimant for the costs incurred by him in regarding participation in the competition.

10. Place of opening: Ministry of Health, Limbová 2, 837 52 Bratislava on 13.10.2014 at 10:00. Opening of bids is non-public.

11. Criteria for the evaluation of tenders. The notifier selects the most appropriate of proposals submitted with emphasis on the lowest price for the discounted lunch menu, amount of compensation and use of concession assets, quality of equipment proposed future catering facilities, previous experience with providing catering establishments.

12. Deadline for notification of the selected proposal: 31.10.2014.

13. Commitment period until 01.1.2015.
