In Slovakia, 8 937 people have added positive PCR test in the past day. As for antigen testing, 1 827 positive. Yesterday, 18 522 RT-PCR tests and 15 952 antigenic tests were completed. Of the sequenced samples in the past week, 97,9 percent of the micron variant is represented. The most tested positive RT-PCR tests were in the Bratislava region (1 469), followed by Nitriansky (1 304), Košický (1 241), Prešovský (1 234), Trnavský (1 096), Žilinský (969), Banskobystrický (879) and Trenčiansky (745). In hospitals, 2,419 patients are hospitalized and confirmed COVID-19 disease. Of those hospitalised, 66,85% are not vaccinated or only partially vaccinated. There are 203 patients in the ICU and OAIM departments, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 76 people. The number of confirmed victims for pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 28 subjects. The total number of deaths per Covid is 19,161 and the total number of deaths "with Covid" is 3,695.The third dose of vaccine received 640 persons yesterday (a total of 1,633 902), a second dose of vaccine was vaccinated at 290 people (2,760, 849), the first dose was vaccinated at 107 people yesterday (a total of 2,819, 190).
