In Slovakia, 18 443 people have added positive PCR test in the past day. As for antigen testing, 2,497 positive. 32 730 RT-PCR tests and 20 092 antigen tests were completed yesterday. Of the sequenced samples in the last week, the micron variant is 95,4 percent represented. There are 8,623 men and 9,820 women with an average age of 35-36 years. The total number of positive males tested is 623 010 and 683 957 women. The most tested positive RT-PCR tests were in Trenčín region (2 928) followed by Žilinský (2 676), Prešovský (2 494), Košický (2 153), Nitriansky (2 152), Bratislava (2 137), Trnavský (2 047) and Banská Bystrica (1 856).In hospitals there are 2 547 patients hospitalized and confirmed COVID-19. Of those hospitalized, 70,99% are not vaccinated at all or only partially vaccinated. There are 244 patients in the ICU and OAIM departments, with support for artificial lung ventilation needs 96 people. The number of confirmed victims for pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 34 subjects. The total number of deaths per Covid is 18 179 and the total number of deaths with Covid is 3,298.
