Collection of administrative fees
Administrative fees (hereinafter "the fees') are payable for the acts and proceedings of public authorities, higher territorial units, municipalities, State archives and DataCentra (hereinafter "the administration body') pursuant to Act No 145/1995 Coll. on Administrative Fees as amended (hereinafter "Law No 145/1995'). According to Act No 145/1995 Coll., MZ SR are administrative bodies.
The subject of the fees are the acts and proceedings of administrative bodies listed in the Administrative Fee Tariff annexed to Act No 145/1995 Coll. and is part of this Act.
Fees shall be paid:
- up to and including EUR 300 in cash,
- a postal voucher,
- payment card,
- by transfer from a bank account or a branch of a foreign bank,
- through an integrated service point or accredited payer.
Methods of payment of administrative fees:
I. Fees applying for an action requiring the payment of an administrative fee by mail or Personally may pay administrative fees:
(a)Confirmation of payment of the administrative fee purchased by:
- to the required value at selected branches of the Slovak Post (Annex 2)
- for selected services via the Web application eKolok, also called Virtual Kiosk, available on the website https://m.ekolky.gov.sk(payment by payment card)
(b)payment of the payment order to pay the administrative fee (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation") No 1),
- created after personal application - the taxpayer will pay the prescription received from MZ SR.,
- following a call - if when submitting the request by post, the administration fee has not been paid; MZ SR will send the prescription to the debtor along with a call.
The regulation that creates MZ SR contains the payment instructions necessary to pay the administrative fee. The regulation may be paid by the payer:
1. by payment of the fee using the QR code for the payment of the administrative fee:
- on any kiosk of another administration by loading it,
- by Web application eKolok,also called Virtual kiosk
- by Mobile application eKolokavailable under the name eKolok
- bank transfer,
- by post voucher for payment at Slovak Post offices.
II. Electronic communicators when applying for an act requiring the payment of an administrative fee via the MZ SR portal, administrative fees may be paid:
- transfer from account in a bank or a branch of a foreign bank to the Slovak Post account, the payment of the fee will be made to the collection account of the Slovak Post system operator, which is published on the MZ SR portal,

- Confirmation of payment of the administrative fee - Confirmation of payment of the administrative fee can be purchased from 1st April 2016 at selected branches of the Slovak Post.
- Payment of the administrative fee following a call - in case of non-payment of the administrative fee when submitting the application electronically, MZ SR invites the taxpayer to pay the administrative fee. An administrative fee call will also be made Regulation, containing the payment instructions necessary for payment.
The regulation may be paid by the payer:
1. by payment of the fee using the QR code for the payment of the administrative fee:

- by Web application eKolok,also called Virtual kiosk
- by Mobile application eKolokavailable under the name eKolok
- bank transfer,
- by post voucher for payment at Slovak Post offices.
III. Payers can also pay the administration fee via eKolok application:
From 21.11.2017 has been made available in the payment system eKolok Mobile application eKolok (MASP) and web application - Virtual kiosk (VK) for all EU countries, i.e. taxpayers who have IP addresses from these countries. In the next period, other countries' access to these applications will be progressively expanded, taking into account safety.

- Upon registration, the taxpayer can purchase Certificate of payment of the administrative/court fee (eKolok) to selected services, or pay the payment order in the choice of Payment issued by regulation, payment or postal card
