The subject of the Directive is the determination of the procedure, the course and the basic rules for the implementation of the selection for the appointment of members of the statutory body of the public limited liability company with 100% ownership of the State, represented by the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, which will result from the transformation from the state contribution organization.
