The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (MF/21634/2009-621) designated (according to § 85g of Act No. 581/2004 Coll. on health insurance companies, supervision of health care and amendment of certain laws as amended) the joint stock company Slovak Consolidation as a legal entity with 100% state ownership. The health insurance undertakings may assign a claim against the natural or legal person obliged to pay the premiums to the assets which have been declared bankrupt or which are being wound up.
