On 15.5.2023, good clinical practice course for clinical trial coordinators will be held at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and on 16.5.2023 International day of clinical trials ICTD 2023. Invitations for registration can be found in an annex to the report.

The event will take place in Slovak language and is free of charge.

The international day of clinical trials is commemorated around 20 May each year, when Scottish scientist James Lind in 1747 began his famous controlled clinical study comparing different treatments for scurvy (published in 1753, A Treatise of thecurvy) and laid the foundations for modern clinical research.
