The establishment of AG MOM requires:
- Get permission to operate an MOM on the relevant PRZ
- Ask the Health Care Supervisory Authority to assign the PCS code to the authorised MOM (https://www.udzs-en.sk/urad/harm-health-care providers-and-health professionals/)
- Report opening time to the respective VEC (https://www.e-vuc.sk/e-vuc/pre-provider-health-care/approval-ordinatory-hours.html?page id=56905)
- Get access to the ISZI system - contact: Subtitles by DramaFever [NCZI]
Note: If it is a new entity that has not yet been registered in ISZI or has been allocated new PPS codes, the access data will only be generated after updating the data in the National Register of Healthcare Providers maintained in the NCZI and following the instructions published by HERE.Where the AG MOM operator has also transmitted the data to ISZI in relation to other statistical obligations to NCZI, the accesses to ISZI shall remain the same and follow the instructions published by HERE.
