Incentives of the EIG to the administrative procedure on 1 January 2012
Madam Director-General,
under the administrative procedure we allow you to submit proposals of the General Health Insurance Institution, a.s. for changes to the measure issuing the List of Medicinal Products and Medicinal Products, which will enter into force from 1 January 2012.
Proposal No 1
A06AD11 lactulose
We propose the following indicative restriction:
This may be indicated for the treatment of constipation-induced opioids and for the diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy. –
Reasons:
Purposeful use of public health insurance resources.
Proposal No 2
D06BB10 imiquimod
We propose the removal of point (c) from the indication limit, while at the same time narrowing the prescription to DER, ONK.
Reasons:
Purposeful use of public health insurance resources.
There is a less costly alternative to treatment of condyloma acuminata with comparable effectiveness to imiquimod in health insurance.
Proposal No 3
S01EE03 bimatoprost loc. 0.1 mg/ml
S01EE04 travoprost loc. 40 mcg/ml
We propose to establish SZP as a SDL for bimatoprost and travoprost at the level of payment for the drug latanoprost loc. 50 mcg/ml 0.3850 €.

S01ED51 timolol combination loc. travoprost int. oph
We propose to determine the amount of UZP for the above-mentioned fixed drug combinations at the level of reimbursement for the fixed drug combination timolol and bimatoprost 0,5480 €.

Unifying reimbursement for fixed combinations of medicines with comparable effectiveness and safety.
Proposal No 5
S01EC03 dorsolamide loc. 20 mg/ml
We propose to determine the amount of UZP for the SDL for dorsolamide at the level of reimbursement for the drug brinzolamide 0,4510 €

Proposal No 6
R06AX28 rupatadine 10 mg
We suggest that the amount of UZP should be set for rupatadine at the level of reimbursement for the active substance desloratadine p.o. 5 mg 0.2900 €.
