Notice of cancellation of the contract - Securing the supply of finished hot food /imports/ and its expenditure to MZSR staff

In connection with the implementation of the initial contract carried out by the sub-threshold public procurement procedure in accordance with the ust. § 25 (2) (b) of Act No 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended /hereinafter the "Public Procurement Act" (hereinafter the "Public Procurement Act") on the subject-matter of the contract (the "non-priority services"): "Procurement of the supply of finished hot food /import/ and its expenditure to employees of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic," Limbová 2, 837 52 Bratislava in accordance with the ust. § 46 (2) Cit. of the Public Procurement Act announces that

the contract in question, as the circumstances under which public procurement was declared have changed.

According to ust. Paragraph 46 (3) (c) of the Public Procurement Act, as well as because of the need for the services in question, states that the contracting authority will carry out the procurement of the services in question through a further subliminal procedure - public procurement contracts.
