Notice on the withdrawal of the award of the contract: translation and interpretation services

Title of the contract: translation and interpretation services

In connection with the low value contract mentioned above, we announce that the contracting authority the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in accordance with § 46 (2) of Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) cancels the award of the contract in question published on the website of the contracting authority on 23.11.2010.
At the same time, we notify that the contracting authority will use the procedure for the award of the low value contract in accordance with § 102 of the Public Procurement Act when re-sending the subject matter of the contract.
