The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic issued pursuant to § 11 and 20 of the Act No. 18/1996 Coll. on Prices as amended
the measure of 19 April 2006 No 07045-15/2006 - SL amending the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003-OAP laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health, as amended (communication No 588/2003 Z. z.).
Amendments shall be made to Annexes 1, 4 and 5. The official pricing of health care services, in addition to those provided by first aid medical service providers, emergency health service providers and health services provided for so-called social purposes, is deleted. The official pricing of circulatory exercise performed at the patient's request, without medical indication, is deleted. The cost of abortion performed at the patient's request, without medical indication, is increased before 12 weeks of pregnancy. Price regulation of rental of non-residential premises in medical establishments is being abolished.
The measure takes effect on 1 May 2006except Art. I points 1, 3, 4 and 6 which enter into force on 1 January 2007.
