organisations bringing together representatives of pharmaceutical manufacturers Marketing authorisation holders, distributors of medicinal products and pharmacists communicate that, in the context of the publication of the final version of the Delegated Regulation, Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/161 supplementing Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council the European Parliament and the Council, Implementation of the provisions of the Delegated Regulation for detailed rules safety features on the packaging of medicinal products and for the verification of medicinal products.
In 2016, the Working Group produced a Memorandum on understanding of stakeholders and establishing in 2017 a non-profit legal Body (Slovak drug verification organisation) responsible for setting up the registration system in accordance with the provisions of the Delegated Regulation (Chapter VII, Article 31).
Marketing authorisation holders, wholesalers distributors and persons authorised or entitled to supply medicinal products to the public and at the same time are not associations in associations involved in joint activities of the Task Force but interested in its work or membership in the Slovak Organization for the Verification of Medicinal Products, can sign up in offices the following associations at their addresses:
