By letter dated 16. 12. 2016 the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic informed that on 26.10. 2016 the decision of the State Institute for the Control of Medicinal Products of 26.08.2016 No. 2607/2016/620 on the suspension of the special authorisation for the treatment of scheduled substances category 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 on drug precursors, reg. No.: ZAO-UL-394/2007SK of 14. 12. 2007, as amended by ZAO-UL-394/2007SK of 19.05.2008 for a period of 6 months, i.e. until 25.04. 2017 for the holder of the authorisation for the provision of medical care to APIS BULL s. r. o., Nadražná 23, 901 01 Malacky, place of activity: public pharmacy LEKÁREŇ PRI STANICI, Nadražná 23, 901 01 Malacky, IČO: 36 796 565.
It follows from the above that the public pharmacy MEDICAL FOR STANICI, Zadražná 23, 901 01 Malacky, ID No: 36 796 565 within the meaning of § 3 (3) of Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on medicinal products and medical devices and amending certain laws as amended during the period of validity of the suspension of the special authorisation for the treatment of scheduled substances of category 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 on drug precursors, reg. No.: ZAO-UL-394/2007SK of 14.12.2007 as amended by ZAO-UL-394/2007SK of 19.05.2008 cannot be supplied with medicinal products containing drug precursors.
