organisations bringing together representatives of pharmaceutical manufacturers Marketing authorisation holders, distributors of medicinal products and pharmacists communicate that, in the context of the publication of the final version of the Delegated Regulation, Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/161 supplementing Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council the European Parliament and the Council working party s the objective of fully implementing the provisions of the Delegated Regulation for detailed rules on safety features on the packaging of medicinal products and for the verification of medicinal products.
The next steps of the Task Force will be to develop Memorandum of Understanding stakeholders and preparation of the establishment non-profit legal entity (National Organisation for the Verification of Medicinal Products) responsible for setting up the registration system under the provisions of the Delegated Regulation Regulations (Chapter VII, Article 31).
Marketing Authorisation Holders , wholesalers distributors and persons authorised or entitled to supply medicinal products public and at the same time no associations in associations participating in joint activities of the Task Force but interested in its work or membership in the future National Organisation for the Verification of Medicinal Products can apply in offices of the following associations at addresses:
