Position:Expert officer for comprehensive provision of the accounting agenda in public administration

Workflow:Performance of activities related to the provision of a comprehensive accounting agenda in the budgetary organisation in the field of economic administration of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
- It compiles accounting schedules according to the budget composition in the Navision system.
- It carries out a check on the correctness of all available documents for clearing in the field of: accounting, drawing on the budget of financial transfers, extracts from the State Treasury.
- They shall draw up monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual accounts on the basis of the accounting results.
- It checks the administrative fees, agrees with the relevant sections and makes their monthly levy to the tax office.
- It draws up supporting documents for financial and control bodies.
- It prepares consolidated financial statements - mutual recognition of costs, expenses, claims, liabilities to organisations belonging to the consolidated whole.
- It shall cooperate in the consolidated financial statements with the Datacenter.
- It shall ensure the timely preparation of the accounts, the accounts and the notes to the individual accounts.
- It shall cooperate with the inspection bodies during the inspection
Education and knowledge requirements:
- at least completed secondary education
- minimum practice 3 years
- PC control at user level
- integrity, autonomy, reliability, precision, flexibility
- knowledge of accounting work in Business Solution - Navision
