The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic publishes a list of medicinal products and associated medicinal products subject to a generic prescription on the basis of Annex No 1 to Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on medicinal products and medical devices and on amendments to certain laws. Medicinal products included in this Annex are all medicinal products according to the current measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 20 September 2011 No OPL0311-S09056-OL-2011, which issues the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully paid or partially paid on the basis of public health insurance, which is valid from 1.10.2011. until 31.12.2011
