On 26 May 2025, pursuant to Article 14 (1) and (3) of Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on Health Care Providers, Health Care Workers, Health Organisations and amending certain laws, as amended, a tender procedure for the issue of a permit for the operation of emergency medical services ambulances (hereinafter referred to as "the selection procedure') was launched.
On 13 August 2025, the operational centre cancels the tender procedure, which was the subject of the evaluation of applications for a permit for the operation of emergency medical services ambulances in a total of 351 seat of emergency health service stations established by decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. No 116/2025 Coll., which establishes the location of emergency medical service stations, types of emergency medical services offices in these premises and operating time.
