V Measures of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No 07045/2003-OAP of 30 December 2003 laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health, published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health in a special edition on 31 December 2003 there were some inaccuracies. The errors in question are corrected as follows:

Annex 4, Part 1 No 85.12. 11, point 4 - First-aid medical services (d), (c) and (f) are replaced by points (b), (c) and (d);

annex 2, no 4, page 415, in a newly-marked letter. (b) the word "patient' is replaced by the word "insured person';

Annex 3, No 4, page 415, No 85.14. 14 point 5 - Transport to a medical facility, from a medical facility and between a medical facility, in the following point: (c) the words "one patient' are replaced by "one insured person';

4. Annex 4, page 415, No 85.14.15, point 6 - Emergency health service, rapid medical assistance, (a) the word "patient' is replaced by the word "insured person'.
