In the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No 07045-7/2004 of 15 December 2004 amending measure MZ SR No 07045/2003-OAP of 30 December 2003 laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health, as amended, published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health in a special edition on 29 December 2004, there were some uncertainties. The errors in question are corrected as follows:

  1. Annex 4, Part A page 5, entry 1 - Outpatient healthcare general - point 2 (c) is replaced by the following text: "-'.
  2. Annex 4, Part A page 5, entry 1 - Outpatient general health care - point 3 (c) is replaced by the following:
  3. Annex 4, Part A page 5, entry 1 - Outpatient general health care - point 4 (c) is replaced by the following:
  4. Annex 4, Part 7 item 2 - Outpatient healthcare specialised, including joint investigation and treatment components, home nursing and mobile hospices - point (c) in the introductory sentence after the words -spimena) d.
  5. Annex 4, Part 7 item 2 - Outpatient health care specialised, including joint investigation and treatment components, home nursing care and mobile hospices - point c3 is replaced by the following:
  6. Annex 4, Part C str. 135 - The list of performances and their point values - in the table at code No 8040 is replaced by the number --840---340--
