The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic issued pursuant to § 11 and 20 of the Act No. 18/1996 Coll. on Prices as amended

the measure of 25 January 2006 No 07045-13/2006 - SL amending the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003-OAP laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health, as amended (communication No 588/2003 Z. z.).

Changes are made

- in Annex 1, a provision is added on maximum prices for tissues and cells for transplantation,
- in Annex No 2 - Part VII is added.
- in Annex 4, Part A and Part C.

The measure takes effect on 1 February 2006.

The measure is published in part 5 of the Journal of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and can be viewed at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
