Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic
No 07045-5/2004 OAP of 23 August 2004,
amending the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003 (OAP) laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health, as amended

The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to § 11 and 20 of the Act No. 18/1996 Coll. on Prices, as amended, provides:

Art. I

The measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003 (OAP) laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health (communication No 588/2003 Coll.), as amended by measure of 25 February 2004 No 07045-2/2003-OAP (communication No 130/2004). Z. z.), measures of 20 April 2004 No 07045-3/2004-OAP (communication No 253/2004 Z. z.) and the measures of 3 August 2004 No 07045-4/2004-OAP (Communication No 474/2004 Z. z.) is amended as follows:

1. In Annex No 1, item 1 Pharmaceutical and immunological human products and radiopharmaceuticals, the words "medicines not covered by medical prescription' shall be inserted after the word "EC'.
2. In Annex 2, Part I. Pharmaceutical products, except homeopathic and radiopharmaceuticals, the following rows are deleted:
3. In Annex 2, Part I. Pharmaceutical products except homeopathic products and radiopharmaceuticals shall be subject to changes in the following lines:

  1. In Annex 2, Part I. Pharmaceutical products, except homeopathic products and radiopharmaceuticals, shall be completed with the following lines:
  2. In Annex 2, Part II. The following rows are added at the end:
  3. In Annex 2, Part IV. The following rows are added at the end of the orthopedic, prosthetic and hearing aids:

Art. II

This measure shall enter into force on 1 September 2004.
