No 07045/2003 (oAP) of 30 December 2003 laying down the scope of regulation
Health prices, as amended
The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to § 11 and 20 of the Act No. 18/1996 Coll. on Prices, as amended, provides:
Art. I
The measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003 of the OAP laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health (communication No 588/2003 Coll.), as amended by the measure of 25 February 2004 No 07045-2/2004-OAP (communication No 130/2004 Z. z.), measures of 20 April 2004 No 07045-3/2004-OAP (Communication No 253/2004) Z. z.), measures of 3 August 2004 No 07045-4/2004-OAP (Communication No 474/2004 Z. z.), measures of 23 August 2004 No 07045-5/2004OAP (Communication No 487/2004) Z. z.), measures of 24 November 2004 No 07045-6/2004-OAP (communication No 628/2004 Z. z.), measures of 15 December 2004 No 07045-7/2004- SL (communication No 754/2004) Z. z. z.), measures of 1 March 2005 No 07045-8/2005-SL (communication No 89/2005 Z. z.), measures of 16 March 2005 No 07045-9/2005-SL (communication No 106/2005 Z. z.), measures of 27 April 2005 No 07045-10/2005-SL (Communication No 183/2005 Z. z.), measures of 15 June 2005 (communication No 272/2005) W.), measures of 18 October 2005 No 07045-12/2005-SL (communication No 472/2005) Z. z.), measures of 25 January 2006 No 07045-13/2006-SL (communication No 34/2006 Z. z.), measures of 17 March 2006 No 07045-14/2006-SL (communication No 165/2006 Z. z.), the measures of 19 April 2006 No 07045-15/2006-SL (communication No 241/2006 Coll.) and the measures of 21 June 2006 No 07045-16/2006-SL (communication No 426/2006 Z. z.) is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical service (a) shall read:

(a) The fixed price for health care provided by a healthcare provider authorised to operate an ambulance in a 24 hour emergency service station is 510,000 CZK per month per vehicle emergency medical aid ambulance,10), 840,000 CZK per month for one vehicle emergency medical assistance ambulance10) and CZK 910,000 per month for one vehicle emergency medical assistance ambulance, including mobile intensive unit10), which are in continuous operation,
  1. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical service (c) after the word "Ambulance" the words "Quick medical assistance," including mobile intensive unit," shall be inserted.
  2. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical service (e) is deleted.

Points (f) to (k) above are referred to as points (e) to (j).

  1. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical services in the letter (f) the words "s' are replaced by "s'.
  2. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical services in the letter (h) the word " (g)" shall be replaced by " (f)."
  3. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical services in the letter (i) the word "g' is replaced by "f'.
  4. In Annex 4, part A item 3 - Rescue medical services in the letter k) the words "" (g), (i) and (j)" shall be replaced by the words " (f), (h) and (i)."

Art. II
This measure shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
