The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to § 4 (3) of Act No. 577/2004 Coll. on the scope of health care paid on the basis of public health insurance and reimbursements for services related to the provision of health care as amended by Act No. 81/2009 Coll. provides:
Art. I
The measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No OPL0310-S18832-OL-2010, which issues the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially paid for under public health insurance (Communication No 382/2010 Coll.) is amended as follows:
1. In Annex Part A, in ATC group B03AC02, the following shall be added:
