The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to § 5 paragraph (4) of Act No. 437/2004 Coll. on compensation for pain and compensation for social difficulties and amending the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 273/1994 Coll. on health insurance, health insurance financing, on the establishment of a general health insurance company and on the establishment of a departmental, sectoral, business and civil health insurance company as amended provides:
§ 1The amount of compensation for pain and compensation for making social application difficult for 2007 per point is 375,22 Sk.
§ 2This measure shall enter into force on 1 May 2007.
