The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic pursuant to Articles 11, 20 and 22 of the Law of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No.18/1996 Coll. on Prices as amended by Act No.16/2000 Coll. and Act No.276/2001 The Z. z. provides:

Art. I

Measure of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic of 30 July 2002 No 01/Z/2002 laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health (communication No 479/2002 Coll.), as amended by measure No 02/Z/2002 (communication No 636/2002 Z. z.), measures No 03/Z/2002 (communication No 694/2002 Z. z.), measure No 01/Z/2003 (communication No 32/2003 Z. z.), measures No 02/Z/2003 (Communication No 194/2003 Z. z.), measures 03/Z/2003 (communication No 223/2003 Coll.) and measures 04/Z/2003 (communication No 366/2003 Z. z.) is amended as follows:
Annex 4 makes the amendments listed in the Annex to this measure.

Art. II

This measure shall enter into force on 1 October 2003.
