The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic issued pursuant to § 11 and 20 of the Act No. 18/1996 Coll. on Prices as amended
the measure of 15 June 2005 No 07045-11/2005-SL amending the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003-OAP laying down the scope for regulating prices in the field of health, as amended (communication No 588/2003 Z. z.).
Changes are made
· in Annex 1, entry 5, the maximum prices for commercial performances in Part 1b are changed.
· Annex 2, Part I.: Pharmaceutical products other than homeopathic and radiopharmaceuticals are removed from the price regulation of medicinal products that are not covered by public health insurance and 56 items of medicinal products that are covered by public health insurance are added to them and 6 changes are made due to the change in the name of the supplement.
· In Annex 4, the measure setting out the scope of price regulation and the conditions for the regulation of health care performances is amended in Part A, entry 8, "Institutional healthcare', point 9, and in Part C, the duplicate performances of No 5745a, 5745b, 5746a and 5746 are deleted and the administrative and technical inaccuracies in Part 1 are modified. Investigations.
The measure takes effect on 1 July 2005.
