In order to ensure the basic principle of public procurement - transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination of candidates in competition, while respecting the principles of economy in spending funds You are invited to submit documents demonstrating the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the negotiated procedure without publication until:

The Commission established by the contracting authority shall check the documents proving the fulfilment of the selection criteria and invite selected candidates to negotiate the contract terms.
The expected date for joint negotiation of contract terms with all candidates is 09.01.2006. The contracting authority invites candidates by electronic mail or telecommunication means and also by mail.
The terms of the contract shall be specified, in particular technical, administrative and financial, in the negotiations.
The price and period of delivery of the subject matter of the procurement shall not be negotiated with the contracting authority's commission. The period of delivery of the subject-matter of the procurement, including the financial completion of the works, shall be determined by the contracting authority by 01.05 2007 at the latest (the 30-day payment period of the invoices shall be taken into account).
The expected deadline for the submission of tenders by the tenderers is 19.01.2006 until 14.00. Contractor The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic sets one award criterion for the award of works.
The expected deadline for the conclusion of the work contract is 15.2.2006.
The commitment period is 15.03.2006.
Candidates shall submit the following documents to fulfil the selection criteria:
to demonstrate legal status:
Documentary evidence (s): pursuant to § 29 (2) and (3) of Law No 523/2003 Z. z.
if the candidate presents the document referred to in Article 29 (3) of Law No 523/2003 Z.z., then
provides proof of the authority to conduct business to prove the statutory representative of the company or businessman. Documents must be originals or certified copies and must not be older than three months on the date of submission of documents to the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (K 28.12.2005),
to demonstrate financial and economic capacity:
Documentary evidence (s): pursuant to § 30 para. 1 letter (a), (c), (d) of Law No 523/2003 Z. z. z.
Documents pursuant to § 30 (1) (a). (c), (d) must be stamped and signed by the statutory representative of the candidate;
to demonstrate technical competence:
documents (proofs) pursuant to § 30 para. 4 letter (a) (b).
To letters. (a)
The candidate must demonstrate that he has at his own disposal a staff member or a contractual partner bound by a contract for a future contract which will be the responsible person for the execution of the subject-matter of the procurement. In order to demonstrate this condition, the interested party shall provide a document of the competent person with a photocopy of the licence and the original stamp.
The applicant submits a statement that he has experience in the construction of equipment
increased civil and sanitary measures, as well as experience with construction works in operation in these facilities.
The applicant must submit a quality certificate min. ISO 9000.
To letters. (b) - The candidate shall submit a list of important supplies of the same or similar nature as the subject-matter of the contract, carried out in 2002, 2003, 2004 and by November 2005, indicating the commercial name of the contractor, the address of his place of establishment or place of business, the subject-matter, the contract price, the contractual date, and the financial volume of the works carried out. For each delivery, the candidate shall indicate the contact person with the telephone number for inspection purposes. The candidate must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the selection criteria the financial performance of the above-mentioned years in total at least. 300 million CZK including VAT.
As a result of the time constraints, the contracting authority does not require the candidate to provide the documents referred to in Article 30 (4) (a). (b) confirmed by the contractor/entity. The contracting authority reserves the right of scrutiny through the established committee.
