The Minister of Health of the SR Kamil Šaško today, on 11 November 2024, withdrew from his position as director of the National transplant organization MUDr. Daniel Kuba, PhD. He appointed Mgr. Katarína Vadkerti MBA, MPH, to lead the institution in the selection process.
Newly appointed Director Katarína Vadkertiová is a graduate of the Faculty of Education of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra. She subsequently graduated from the Warsaw University of Management (2019) and MPH (2023). He gives his knowledge at the University of Warsaw as a lecturer of COLLEGIUM HUMANUM. He has extensive experience in the management of pharmaceutical companies, EU projects, methodology and consulting activities.
This is a professional nomination by the Minister of Health who instructed the newly appointed Director, pending the proper evaluation of the ongoing supervision, to exercise utmost caution in supervising the process and approving any exports of genetic materials.
The director took up a fixed-term post, until the posts were filled by a successful candidate in the tender procedure pursuant to Article 5 (9) of Law No 552/2003 Coll. on the performance of public works.
