The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic issued pursuant to § 11 and 20 of the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 18/1996 Coll. on prices as amended and pursuant to § 4 paragraph 3 of Act No. 577/2004 Coll. on the scope of health care paid on the basis of public health insurance and reimbursements for health care services
the measure of 18 October 2005 No 07045-12/2005-SL amending the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 30 December 2003 No 07045/2003 laying down the scope for the regulation of prices in the field of health (communication No 588/2003 Coll.), as amended, and amending the measure of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic of 14 December 2004 No OPL0604-2179/2004-SL, which issues the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially reimbursed on the basis of public health insurance (communication No 759/2004) Z. z. ) as amended.
The changes are made to Annex 1, which provides for the calculation of maximum prices and fixed prices for medicinal products and dietetic foods and so-called margins for the distributor of medicinal products and medical devices and for medical care facilities. Annex 2 lists the medicinal products and their maximum prices, maximum prices for medical professional services and fixed prices for transfusion medicinal products. Annex 3 regulates the conditions for regulation of health prices and performance and Annex 4 makes amendments to Part C of the List of Performances and their points.
The measure takes effect on 21 October 2005.
