Hospitals can apply for a debt of EUR 575 million. On the basis of the approved material, the Ministry of Health for discharge proceeded with the signing of mandate contracts with medical establishments that were interested in taking part in the discharge, to the implementation of the final stage of the process of discharge of medical facilities.
–The participation of each medical institution in the discharge process is voluntary, legally unclaimable, transparent and based on the principle of equal access and treatment for all, explained the Minister of Health Vladimír Lengvarský.
On 16 March 2022, mandate contracts were signed by the Ministry of Health, inter alia with the most indebted medical establishments.
These contracts will be published in the Central Register of Contracts in the coming days.
The next step after the signature and publication of all mandate contracts will be to check the debt obligations at the level of health institutions, He's been shut down by Minister Lengvarsky.
