Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Dolinková withdrew from her position as a member and vice-president of the board of directors of the company Nemocnica Poprad a.s. JUDr. Lýdia Budziňáková, MBA and member of the board of directors of Mgr. Bc. Richard Vojsovic. At the same time, new members of the hospital management were elected.
As of 23 January 2024, JUDr was elected by the sole shareholder to the post of member and vice-president of the hospital board. Milan Vavrek, MBA, MHA. Graduate of the Law Faculty of Košice, Academy of Police in Bratislava and Department of Public Health at the University of Health and Social Work of St. Elizabeth in Bratislava was a member of the Board of the Poprad Hospital between 2015 and 2020. He has been a lawyer since 2009.
Ing was elected as a member of the board. Juraj Hudáč with the creation of the function on 23.01.2024, graduate of the Faculty of Management, University of Economics Bratislava, who previously worked on several high management positions in the private and public sphere.
