At the request of the coalition partner of SNS, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic will repeal the technical guidelines for uniting the procedures for providing health care to change sex before issuing a medical opinion on the change of sex of a person administratively registered in the registry.
This issue will be addressed comprehensively and professionally in the framework of the adoption of a new international classification of diseases.
"In order to declare the stability of the Government Coalition, the Ministry of Health will proceed to repeal this Guideline," stated Minister of Health Zuzana Dolink.
