The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic has launched a call: "New network of hospitals - improving the quality and efficiency of institutional healthcare - supplementing the equipment of hospitals (call code: 11I02-21-V11)"" from the recovery and resilience plan of the Slovak Republic under Component 11 in August 2023 and by the deadline of its closure (28.11.2023), the Ministry received up to 334 requests for funding of the mechanism. This is the most recently received requests from all calls announced and closed.
Allocation of funding for this call is EUR 53.84 million and it is 100% funding for procurement in the challenge of defined modern equipment and equipment. In addition, interested parties could also apply for support for more apparatus, but under the terms of the call, a separate application had to be sent.
The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic wants to inform applicants and the public that due to the large number of applications and given that determining the ranking of successful applicants can only occur after evaluation of all applications, this will be a very time-consuming process.
Therefore, in order to shorten it and optimise it, the Ministry will only send one call to the applicant for information or documents/documentation in the case of incomplete applications. Another support measure by the Ministry is the continuous and active acquisition of other external expert evaluators.
Despite this and despite all the efforts made by the Ministry, it is not possible to exclude delays in evaluating this call for action, therefore we ask applicants for patience and, at the same time, for urgent synergies.
Interest in the call to supplement the equipment of hospitals is great
