For 25 years, nurses have ceased to be recognizable in teams of health and non-health workers in a large network of health and social services. Patients have the right to know at first sight whether they are treated by a qualified nurse. This is also why the Ministry decided to support a pilot project of uniform uniform uniforms for nurses.
The need to create a uniform uniform was based on a survey carried out in cooperation with SK Sapa on a sample of over 2400 nurses, teachers, students and students interested in nursing studies in 2019. It is clear from the survey, but also from the responses of nurses on the ground, that the idea of introducing uniform uniforms has the support and can also contribute to increasing the prestige of the profession.
That is also why the Ministry accepted the offer to be ambassador to the pilot project of uniform uniform uniform uniforms of Slovak sisters. The fashion designer has prepared models that have been created on the basis of the criteria and have elements of classic blue and white uniform, which can increase the chances of successful establishment in practice.
According to Zuzana Háková, author of models, the creation of prototypes took place for 9 months within a creative group, which included experienced nurses from several workplaces, and the original designs were modified according to their requirements. Like every uniform, this one also required a head covering, even though we know that in practice the maximum headband will be used and will not be mandatory.
The prototypes presented followed up on the entire previous presentation of uniforms and are not a definitive form. Just now, the pilot phase of their practical testing in selected workplaces has only started, collecting input and comments. The health department will then be able to evaluate comments and suggestions directly from nurses - from hospitals or from the Slovak Chamber of Sisters and midwives, which will then be translated into law in the same way as it is provided for medical paramedics or members of armed forces.
Since the introduction of uniform uniform uniforms, the resort has promised that this will also contribute to the uplifting of the prestige of the beautiful and demanding profession our sisters do.
