The State Spa Commission of MZ SR specified its position on the proposed construction of the incinerator near Dudiniec, because there was a different interpretation and does not recommend the Energy Reuse Centre in the Hontianske Tesáry.
The Commission has re-examined the opinion on the evaluation of the proposed Energy Reuse activity by the ERC and clarified it in order to make it clear and to avoid misunderstandings or divergent interpretations of its content.
Following the requirements of the opinion of February this year, which ensure the protection of natural medicinal waters in Dudince and natural mineral waters in Santa and Slatina, including the maintenance of air quality due to the proximity of the spa town of Dudince, the Commission does not recommend the construction of an incineration plant. The detailed opinion of the State Spa Commission MZ SR will be sent to the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic.
