Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Dolinková has appointed the director of the Faculty Hospital Nitra MUDr. Ondrej Šedivý since 9 February 2024. It shall be appointed for a fixed period, until the post is filled by a successful tenderer, for a maximum of six months.
At the same time, on 8 February 2024, Mgr. Michal Fajin, MBA, LL.M., MPH appealed to the current director of Mgr. Michal Fajin, MPH, in accordance with the provision of § 100 (2) of Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on Health Care Providers, Health Care Workers, Health Organisations.
MUDr. Ondrej Šedivý is a graduate of the University of Medicine in Bratislava. He obtained I. degree tests in general surgery and second degree tests in neurosurgery. From 1996 to 2006, he worked as a doctor at the Faculty Hospital with a Polyclinic. Between 2006 and 2010 he was a representative of the Mayor of the Neurosurgery Clinic FN Nitra and since 2010 he has been the chief of this clinic.
