Aircraft of the Ministry of Interior Aviation Slovakia transported a woman to Prague this morning in severe health. M applied for transferhealth careFathers of Slovakia on Tuesday 26 May 2026 evening, as the commercial carrier service could not be provided at that time.
The Ministry of Interior took immediate action through the Air Force and organised the flight within 15 hours of the first request. Today, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 a.m., a patient was transported from Poprad to Prague Airport, where they will provide her with the necessary professional care.
The Ministry of the Interior thanks all involved for the professional and coordinated procedure for securing the transport. This also shows that state aviation is essential for national security, crisis management and health protection. It creates conditions for independent transport of constitutional agents, but its purpose is primarily specialised police and humanitarian missions, as well as helping individuals in emergencies at risk of life and health.
