The Health Department continues to recommend using vaccination against COVID-19, which is still the cheapest and most effective prevention. Vaccination also provides the best protection against severe disease, hospitalisation and death. It is possible to register via the portal korona.gov.sk and it is also possible to use vaccination without registration (https://www.health.gov.sk/?) or vaccination in ambulances. Despite the improvement of the epidemiological situation, basic anti-epidemic measures should continue to be maintained.
