Methodological instruction of the Ministry of Health No. 19677-1/2005-ORVVV, which directs the submission of requests for consent for use / provision of funds for investment purposes

Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to § 9 and pursuant to § 24 to 26 of Law No 523/2004 Z.z. on the financial rules of the public administration and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, issues the following methodological instruction:

Article 1
Applicant within the scope of establishment The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic submits a request for consent to use/grant funds according to the annex to this methodological instruction and in accordance with Annex No 7 of the Government of the Slovak Republic Resolution No 963/2004 of 13.10.2004 on the draft budget of the public administration for the years 2005 to 2007.
Article 2
This methodological instruction takes effect on 1 September 2005.
