One hundred phone calls a day on one phone line and about the same number of e-mails to the mail box in connection with the new coronavirus. The Department of Health addresses citizens' issues responsibly and extends the call centre to all eight regional public health authorities in Slovakia through the Office of Public Health of the Slovak Republic. Telephone lines have continuous operation.
