Training module: Possibilities for drawing funds from non-budgetary health facilities

With regard to the above contract, we inform you that, pursuant to § 46, paragraph 2 of Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain laws as amended and in accordance with point VIII.2 of the invitation to tender, the contracting authority has cancelled the award of a sub-threshold contract with a call for tenders entitled –Training module: Out-of-budget financing options for healthcare institutionspublished on the website of the contracting authority on 27.9.2010.

Also We inform you that the contracting authority will use the public procurement procedure to re- award the subject-matter of the contract: the award of the initial contract by a sub-threshold contract procedure with a call for tenders.
