The calculation of the final price of the medicinal product based on the standard dose of the active substance shall be as follows:
(a) The lowest final product price converted to the standard dose of the active substance within the reference group considered is considered to be decisive.
(b) A group of medicinal products containing the same active substance or combination of medicinal products, the same amount of the active substance in a single dose, have the same route of administration and the same pharmaceutical form as the reference group. The number of doses per pack of medicinal product is not decisive for determining the reference group.
(c) Several lines The list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially paid under public health insurance, which differ exclusively in the number of doses in the product pack (to be indicated in brackets) corresponds to one reference group.

Medicinal products 001 to 006 are a group of medicinal products corresponding to one reference group. The number of doses per pack of medicinal product is not decisive for determining the reference group. The cheapest medicine when converting the final price of the product into a standard dose of the active substance is within the considered reference group of Medicinal product 003. The proposed final price of the product is converted into a standard dose of the active substance, which is at least 10% lower than the final price of the drug 003, based on the standard dose of the active substance.
