On Monday 23 people from districts Bratislava (3), Michalovce (3), Bánovce nad Bebravou (3), Piešťany (2), Dolný Kubín (2), Žilina (2), Čadca (2), Prievidza (1), Žiar nad Hronom (1), Prešov (1), Žarnovica (1), Banská Bystrica (1) and Košice (1) were tested positive for COVID-19 disease.
13 men and 10 women aged between 10 and 75 years were tested positive.
On Monday there were 1,548 completed examinations for COVID-19.
Compared to the previous day, three patients with or suspected of COVID-19 were added to the hospital. Currently 24 people are hospitalized in medical institutions. The number of patients per ICU remains unchanged - care in this ward is needed by two patients, there is no patient with COVID-19 disease on artificial pulmonary ventilation.
The number of cured patients has risen to 1,644, compared with the previous day's statistics, it is an increase of 28 patients who have experienced COVID-19.
