The WHO Regional Office for Europe Guide will help patients after COVID-19 has been overcome. In a home environment without the need for professional supervision, they can practice individual exercises to improve breathing, reduce stress, not taste in food. The guide will help with other problems. COVID-19 disease causes long-term health problems and complications in some patients. The World Health Organisation (WHO), a regional office for Europe, published a guide: Support for self-rehabilitation after a disease related to COVID-19. Experts advise on how to cope with health complications after experiencing illness and returning from the hospital. The guide is written clearly and supplemented by graphics. The physician or healthcare professional may indicate in the manual the exercises that are appropriate for a particular patient. Exercises and advice should not, however, replace a personal exercise program or other advice provided by health professionals when leaving a health facility. Family and friends can help in the recovery process and can also participate in the exercise. Breathing and strengthening exercises will also benefit those who have not overcome the disease. The download guide is available on the website of the Slovak Public Health Office here: https://www.uvzr.sk/index.php?option=com content&view=article&id=4991:support-samorehabilitation-after-disease-related-s-coid-19-priruka-who-europe&catide=250:koronavirus-2019-ncov&Itemid=153
