49 new cases in Slovakia in the past day COVID-19 (Coronavirus) disease, in total we already have 534 positive cases. The laboratories examined 1036 samples, of which 987 were negative. Number of tests s negative result in Slovakia reached 15 657. A total of 36 patients were located in the quarantine centre.

Currently, according to NCZI statistics, 180 are hospitalized patients, of which 72 were coronavirus confirmed, 108 were awaiting test results. Eight people have already recovered from the disease.

Private laboratories are also involved in testing, so far a total of 2405 samples were examined.

The most cases of occurrence are in the Bratislava region – 164, followed by Prešovský kraj – 71, Žilinský kraj – 70, Trenčiansky kraj - 66, Trnavský kraj – 45, Košický kraj – 45, Banskobystrický kraj - 38 a Nitriansky county with 35 positive cases.
