In Slovakia, 6 805 people were added to the last day with a positive PCR test, of which almost 69% were not vaccinated. As far as antigen testing is concerned, over 68% of these have been added to 1 308 positive, but not yet vaccinated. 20 519 RT-PCR and 24 230 antigenic tests were completed yesterday.The most tested positive RT-PCR tests were in Prešov region (1 743) followed by Banská Bystrica region (1 086), Košický (1,000), Žilinský (776), Bratislava (768), Trenčiansky (563), Nitriansky (437) and Trnavský (432). Among them are 3 155 men and 3 650 women. The total number of male tested positives is 241,236 and of women 265,559. Of those hospitalized, 79.38 percent are not vaccinated at all or only partially vaccinated. 157 patients are at ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 188 people. The number of confirmed victims for pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 20 people. The total number of deaths per Covid is 13,166 and the total number of deaths "with Covid" is 2,545. The total number of persons vaccinated with the first dose of vaccine is 2,515 241 in the previous day plus 1,581 vaccinations. A second dose of vaccine has already been given to 2 311 605 people, with 1 411 people vaccinated the past day. The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 4,039 322 with 506 795 tested positive.
