In Slovakia, 196 positive test subjects were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 183 positive antigen tests in the past day. This is 18.43 percent of the 1,063 RT-PCR examinations completed and 6.45% of the 2,835 antigen tests. The most positive test was in Bratislava region (52), followed by Košice region (31), Trenčiansky (29), Prešovský (27), Banskobystrický (19), Žilinský (18), Trnavský (17) and Nitriansky (3). There are 92 men and 104 women among them. In hospitals, 1,790 patients are hospitalized, 1,550 of whom have confirmed disease. There are 116 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 125 people. The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 23 cases. The total to date is 839.
