- Patients with chronic diseases will be vaccinated immediately after the 70s.- They won't have to document any certificates. The patient database was supplied by health insurance companies.- Just register on the site www.korona.gov.sk.- The system will be operational from 1 May.The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with health insurance companies, simplified the ordering of chronically ill patients for vaccination against COVID-19 disease. The new system will be operational from 1 May when the Decree enters into force. Health insurance companies have already established lists of their clients suffering from chronic diseases and databases with their data have sent to the National Health Information Centre, which manages the booking system for vaccination. If the applicant from the list is registered via the registration form, the system matches his data with the data from health insurance companies and assigns him the date of vaccination when the priorisation is open. Once capacity has been opened, the deadlines will first be allocated to candidates over 70 years of age, then free deadlines will be allocated to patients with severe chronic diseases, and the next step will be allocated to those who are older than 60 years and also to patients with moderate disease. All those interested in these groups will be vaccinated with vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna. If the vaccineer is assigned a date for vaccination with another substance, it is not included in the list of chronically ill patients from insurance companies. In such a case, we recommend that he consult his health insurance company confidently and check whether his diagnosis entitles him to be included in the list of patients with severe or moderate disease.
Chronicly ill patients will receive primary vaccination
