In Slovakia, 1 849 positive test people were added in the form of RT-PCR tests and 865 positive tests with antigen tests in the past day. This is 16.9% of the 10 928 RT-PCR examinations completed and 4.94% of the 17 501 antigenic tests.
The most positive was in Trenčín region (395), followed by Prešovský (263), Košický (239), Trnavský 234), Banská Bystrica (209), Nitriansky (191), Žilinský (189) and Bratislava (129). There are 861 men and 988 women.
In hospitals, 1,685 patients are hospitalized, of whom the confirmed disease has 1,480 people. There are 101 patients for ICU, support for artificial lung ventilation needs 122 people.
The number of confirmed deaths from pulmonary form COVID-19 increased by 22 cases. The total to date is 771.
A total of 59,285 people recovered from the disease.
The total number of laboratory PCR tests completed so far is 1,056 143, with 103 106 subjects tested positive.
